Free Customer Relations and Marketing Classes This Week for Hospitality Businesses

Wondering how to better relate to your restaurant or hotel’s customers, improve their experiences, solicit and deal with reviews, or use social media in your marketing efforts? This Wednesday and Thursday, you’ll have the chance to learn more with drop-in classes at Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock.

This week, the Arkansas Hospitality Association holds its annual Showcase & Convention, which will include a new element this year: the STAR Institute, free business development classes by the Arkansas Small Business & Technology Development Center. The classes are free to attend and may count toward training or certification requirements.

Thursday, September 15

Izard Room 9:30am-10:30am// Session 4: Making the Most of Pinterest & Instagram

Even if you don’t have the time to attend the entire Convention, you can drop by Statehouse Convention Center and attend any of these classes you would like.
