Copper Mule Table & Tap, a Southern/Creole style restaurant and the hot new spot to be in Bryant, seeks 2 full-time Line Cooks to join our team. Must be reliable, punctual and efficient, and must be available to work day or evening shifts. We are looking for cooks with experience on a busy fry station and a busy chargrill/flat top/stove. We are very app and Seafood heavy, so we do a lot of frying during all shifts. We also serve 12 oz Omaha Steaks and 12 oz brined Bone-In Pork Chops, so experience with steaks and chops would be very helpful.
All stations are busy at all times, but we are a family in our kitchen and we all jump around to help where we are needed. We are looking for people to grow with us, so personality, respect and honesty is a must.
