Can you assemble main dishes (including our famous pasta and other Italian favorites) that make customers say “wow!”? Are you efficient and skilled at turning out dishes from the line, or willing to learn? You might just be our next Line Cook.

Here at Bruno’s Little Italy, we take pride in every dish that goes out from our kitchen. We’ve been serving the finest Italian food in the South since 1949 from our family business, and we invite you to be a part.

The Line Cook position at Bruno’s is not primarily a cooking position, but does plating of the elements of each dish prepared by other specialized cooks. A keen eye and steady hand are ideal!

We are not requiring experience for the Line Cook position, but pay will be commensurate with any experience you may have. Reliable transportation is required.

About Bruno's Little Italy

Arkansas' original authentic Italian restaurant that has been "Serving the Finest Italian Food in the South Since 1949."

Executive Chef Vince Bruno and his brother Gio Bruno, along with returning employees from previous locations that included now-retired Pasta Chef Harold Woodbury, reopened Bruno’s Little Italy in October 2013, in a beautifully remodeled facility at 310 Main Street in downtown Little Rock. Together we continue the tradition of bringing fine Italian food to our customers.

Thanks to a shared vision with Jimmy Moses, Rett Tucker and Tommy Lasiter, Bruno’s now resides in part of the historic Mann on Main project. We are proud to participate in the revitalization of Main Street and happy to serve the patrons of central Arkansas once again.
