This position is responsible for preparing food and stocking the kitchen as needed. Clean and maintain
kitchen and equipment. Maintain records of food prep and inventory of products if required. Individual must
be able to follow orders promptly and efficiently. Be able to spend hours on your feet in places of extreme
heat or cold. Must know state and federal regulations regarding safe food handling.

Qualification include being able to cook the freshest ingredients in a scratch kitchen, become an
efficient chef with accuracy and speed, and be familiar with the best practices of sanitation and cleanliness.
Must be a team player who can cooperate and collaborate with a team of chefs. Employees must always
maintain a positive and fun atmosphere while learning and continuing development. Preferred food and
beverage experience of three years.
