One-Day Class: Knife Skills for Prep Cooks

Thinking about working in a restaurant kitchen and don’t know where to start? A job as a prep cook is an awesome first step. This course is for those who have never used a knife as well as current restaurant prep cooks wanting to improve their skills.

In this one-day course, you’ll learn how to properly hold and use a chef knife, manage your workspace, and cut different types of food product. You’ll even get to eat a few things that you help create.

Lunch is on your own. Location TBA.
